Ed4Online wants you to be satisfied that the course you've purchased meets your training needs. If you find that the course is not appropriate for your needs, you may request a full refund at any time within 72 hours from your date of purchase so long as you have not attempted the test. Once the test has been attempted, the accreditation process has begun and we are no longer able to issue refunds. Your full purchase price will be refunded prior to attempting the exam. We are unable to offer refunds after the exam has been attempted.
